Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the Embassy Suites was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and had useful amenities like a microwave and fridge, but they appeared old and worn with some rust and dirt. The service was a bit of a letdown due to issues with maintenance and unexpected charges like parking fees, though the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with nearby dining options but had some cleanliness issues. The dining experience was average, not meeting the high standards I expected from an Embassy Suites hotel.
The hotel had some hits and misses. The rooms were somewhat inferior compared to other Embassy Suites properties, but the staff tried to make up for it by offering a discount. The sink wasn't completely clean, which was a downside, but credit to the staff for their efforts. The service was excellent, especially during check-in and check-out, although some aspects like car parking and evening reception were not ideal. The location was convenient with easy access to various Flagstaff attractions, but there were challenges at times. The dining experience was enjoyable, particularly the omelets, but some areas lacked compared to what was expected. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The convenience of having a two-room suite to accommodate our family of five was perfect. The hot water stayed hot for all of us to get ready, and waking up to a made-to-order breakfast saved us so much money. However, the room was a bit outdated and dark, lacking adequate lighting. The vibrations from the sink were a bit bothersome, extending into the bedroom.
